Traffic on outbound Route 28 will be reduced to a single lane from the Millvale interchange to the Etna interchange from 7 p.m. tomorrow to 5 a.m. Friday during removal and replacement of the median barrier, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.

Also, the outbound ramp to Butler Street (Exit 4) in Etna will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, as will Butler Street from the ramp to Washington/Parker Street.

The ramp closure was postponed last weekend because of the forecast of inclement weather.
