Rain has prompted the WPIAL to postpone two high school baseball championships scheduled for tonight.

The Serra-Carmichaels Class A final and the Chartiers Valley-Moon Class AAA championship will instead be played Thursday at Consol Energy Park, home of the Washington Wild Things minor-league team. The Class A final will be at 5 p.m. and the AAA championship at 7:30.

The Class AA championship (North Catholic vs. Shady Side Academy) and the AAAA final (North Allegheny vs. Pine-Richland) are still scheduled for tomorrow night at Consol.

Also, the City League has postponed today's softball championship between Perry and Brashear. The game will be played Thursday, 3 p.m., at Trees Field on the University of Pittsburgh campus.
