Route 28 inbound is reduced to one lane from the Highland Park Bridge to the Etna Interchange from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

Crews will place concrete along the new wall in the median on Route 28. The work is expected to be completed in one day. If additional time is needed, the southbound lane closure will be repeated tomorrow and Wednesday.
