This is a photograph of the parlor at Clayton, the historic residence of the Henry Clay Frick family in Point Breeze. Paintings by 18th- and 19th-century French and British artists adorn the walls. Some hang exactly as they did when the family occupied the home from 1882 to 1905. The parlor was used for social events, such as music recitals and small, informal card parties. Clayton is one of the country's most intact historic house museums.
