Free legal clinic offered?on probate, living trusts

The Allegheny County Bar Association and the state attorney general's office are hosting a free legal clinic to discuss issues involving probate and living trusts.

The clinic will also advise attendees on how to guard against living trust scams targeting senior citizens.

The clinic will be held March 31 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South Hotel, across from South Hills Village. The clinic will feature a panel discussion of members of the bar association's probate and trust law section in addition to Judge Frank J. Lucchino, administrative judge in the Orphans' Court Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, and John Abel, senior deputy attorney general in the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
