City officials pledged to make this year's St. Patrick's Day celebration more family friendly, and it was at least Civil War friendly as members of the 116th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Co. I ventured into Market Square. The reenactors joined thousands of others observing the holiday downtown on Saturday.
