RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

Bethel Park -- South Hills Assembly, 2725 Bethel Church Road, is taking orders through Sunday for Angel Food Ministries' low-cost quality food. There are no income qualifications, and healthy menu options are available. Distribution will be the morning of Jan. 17.

Today is the deadline to sign up for a pork and sauerkraut luncheon to be served by the church's deaf ministry. The luncheon will be held at 12:45 p.m. Sunday. Bring a dish to share. Lunch will be followed by board games. .

Brentwood -- St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 4048 Brownsville Road, will offer baby-sitting services from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Jan. 16, with age-appropriate activities, games and crafts for children. Bring a small snack; drinks will be provided. Per-hour cost is $3 for the first child, $2 for the second, and $1 for each additional. Reservations recommended. Upper St. Clair -- Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2050 Washington Road, will offer "Parenting with Love and Logic," a program that teaches the love and logic philosophy of Jim Fay, Ph.D. and Dr, Foster W. Cline, from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Wednesdays, Wednesday through Feb. 11, in Fellowship Hall. Facilitator is child psychologist Flo Van Cara, Ph.D. Cost is $30 and includes workbook. McKeesport -- The McKeesport Little Theater Juniors will hold a "Lunch With Frog and Toad" at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at McKeesport Little Theater, 1614 Coursin St. Lunch, which will include chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, fruit, cookies and beverage, will be $15 for adults and $12 for children. Ticket price includes a photo with a cast member and a reserved admission ticket to the 2 p.m. matinee performance of the musical, "A Year With Frog and Toad."
