Manuel "Fresh" Williams is wanted by municipal police in at least two counties, most recently for an alleged theft of property from a quadriplegic man in Washington County.

Police now are seeking public help to apprehend him.
South Strabane police said Mr. Williams burglarized the disabled man's home there in October.
The suspect is from Pittsburgh, and he is known to frequent the North Side and Wilkinsburg, according to South Strabane police Det. John Bruner.
Mr. Williams also is being sought by the Allegheny County Sheriff for an unrelated parole violation.
Det. Bruner said Wilkinsburg police also have been on the lookout for the suspect in connection with an assault case in the borough.
Mr. Williams, once convicted on firearms violation, is considered dangerous, police said.
He is described as a 23-year-old black man who is known by the nickname "Fresh." He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing 150 pounds.
His hands are tattooed with the letters, "RIP" and "North Side."
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
