THE SKINNY: Could this be a preview of a fourth Super Bowl matchup between the teams? Each team has won three in a row, but the Cowboys, who have never been to Heinz Field, haven't seen a defense like this.

PREDICTION: Steelers, 27-17

GAME: Cleveland Browns (4-8) at Tennessee Titans (11-1), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: The Cleveland Browns don't have either of their top two QBs and they don't have a tight end. They also don't have a chance against the Titans, who have won 14 of their past 15, dating to '07.

PREDICTION: Titans, 30-3

GAME: Jacksonville Jaguars (4-8) at Chicago Bears (6-6), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: If it weren't for the Chargers, Jacksonville would be the NFL's biggest disappointment. At least the Chargers manage to lose close games. The Bears can still win the division.

PREDICTION: Bears, 20-13

THE SKINNY: There is no masking the predicament the Vikings defense will face if they lose DTs Kevin Williams and Pat Williams. But they would need to lose Adrian Peterson and Jared Allen to lose to the Lions. Prediction: Vikings, 23-21

GAME: Houston Texans (5-7) at Green Bay Packers (5-7), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: Beware the Texans, the best 5-7 team in football. The Packers are sliding faster than Starbucks stock, losing two in a row, four of the past five and allowing 86 points the past two games.

PREDICTION: Packers, 31-30

GAME: Cincinnati Bengals (1-10-1) at Indianapolis Colts (8-4), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: The fight -- at least, whatever was left -- appears to be gone from the Bengals, especially after last week's 34-3 loss to the Ravens. The Colts have won an AFC-best five in a row.

PREDICTION: Colts, 37-9

GAME: Atlanta Falcons (8-4) at New Orleans Saints (6-6), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: Atlanta's Mike Smith should be NFC Coach of the Year, hands down. The Falcons have won four of the past five, a streak that included a 34-20 victory against the Saints Nov. 9.

PREDICTION: Falcons, 37-30

GAME: Philadelphia Eagles (6-5-1) at New York Giants (11-1), 1 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: OK, so the Eagles took a step toward respectability with a 48-point outburst against Arizona on Thanksgiving. But they should be thankful they weren't playing the Giants, who can clinch division title.

PREDICTION: Giants, 27-16

GAME: Miami Dolphins (7-5) at Buffalo Bills (6-6), 4:05 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: The Dolphins will discover what the Steelers did in August: The best part about playing in Toronto is the road back to Miami. FYI Canadian fans: The French word for "wildcat" is (ITAL) chat sauvage (END ITAL).

PREDICTION: Dolphins, 30-24

GAME: Kansas City Chiefs (2-10) at Denver Broncos (7-5), 4:05 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: Why are the Broncos a fraud? After being the only team to win in Atlanta, they lost the following week at home to the Raiders. Now, after ending the Jets' five-game win streak -- Oh no!

PREDICTION: Chiefs, 24-23

GAME: New York Jets (8-4) at San Francisco 49ers (4-8), 4:05 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: The 49ers' victory in Buffalo marked the first time this season a West Coast team won in the eastern-time zone (1-16). Maybe the west-coast weather will help Brett Favre, who can't play in the cold anymore.

PREDICTION: Jets, 34-33

GAME: New England Patriots (7-5) at Seattle Seahawks (2-10), 4:05 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: The Patriots' loss to the Steelers was their fifth against an AFC team this season. They haven't lost to an NFC team in their past 13 meetings, which is more bad news for Seattle.

PREDICTION: Patriots, 24-16

GAME: St. Louis Rams (2-10) at Arizona Cardinals (7-5), 4:05 p.m., Sunday

THE SKINNY: Despite back-to-back losses, the Cardinals can clinch their first division title since 1975 with a victory. That they are 4-0 in the division, including a 34-13 victory in St. Louis, makes this a foregone conclusion.

PREDICTION: Cardinals, 41-17

THE SKINNY: The Redskins don't fare well against physical teams, having managed just 20 points in three games against the Giants and Steelers. The Ravens certainly qualify as a physical team.

PREDICTION: Ravens, 23-8
