State police cited 26 individuals, including 14 juveniles, for underage drinking in a Heinz Field parking lot yesterday morning.

The WPIAL football championships were taking place at the North Shore stadium.

A dozen people aged 18 to 20 were cited in addition to the juveniles. A 19-year-old from Beaver Falls was also cited for carrying false identification, police said.

The individuals were from Monroeville, Clairton, Beaver Falls, Turtle Creek, West Mifflin, Darlington and Pittsburgh.
