Raffles that are allowed at WPIAL football playoff games. Until this year, the WPIAL did not allow 50/50 raffles at postseason games, even if they were run by the school playing host to the playoff game.

Touchdown passes this season by Dylan Favre, a quarterback for the St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws in Bay Saint Louis, Miss. Favre broke a 17-year-old, single-season Mississippi state record. And, yes, he is related to Brett Favre. He is Brett's nephew.

Football players who were thrown off the Hatboro-Horsham football team for the final two games of the season after they skipped school and attended the victory parade for the World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies. Hatboro-Horsham coach Tom Butts said players were warned they would be disciplined if they skipped school for the parade.
