Bridgeville

• After a traffic stop Nov. 1 on Washington Avenue, Jacob William Hymes, 29, of Heidelberg, was charged with driving the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic signal violations.

• Following a domestic dispute Nov. 5 in the 200 block of Osceola Drive, Cara DeBaker, 25, of Bridgeville, was charged with simple assault, and Shirley DeBaker, 44, also of Bridgeville, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and terroristic threats.

• Anthony L. Zorzi, 53, of Bridgeville, was charged last Thursday with disorderly conduct at DeMario's Bar, Railroad Street, after he was accused of strking another individual with his fists and a large tree branch.

• Jason L. Lofstrom, 20, and a 16-year-old white male, both from Bridgeville, were charged Nov. 3 with burglary, criminal trespass, escape, loitering and prowling at night and criminal conspiracy after a police foot pursuit initiated by an alarm activation at A&H Equipment, McLaughlin Run Road.

• Michael Thomas Coyle, 43, of Bridgeville, was charged Nov. 1 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was accused of being intoxicated and yelling obscenities into the phone in front of Sauce's restaurant, Washington Avenue. When confronted by police, Mr. Coyle became verbally and physically combative, police said.

• Richard E. Fife, 65, of Bridgeville, was charged Nov. 1 with public drunkenness in the 300 block of Washington Avenue.

• A $400 plastic sign was stolen Nov. 3 from in front of Out of My Gourd on Station Street.

Carnegie

• Four persons have been charged in connection with the 3 a.m. Nov. 1 stabbing of a 22-year-old Scott man who was looking for a Halloween party and of a subsequent cover-up of the incident.

The altercation began when the victim encountered a group of people having an outdoor party at the rear of a house on Beechwood Avenue. Because they didn't know the man, the partygoers asked him to leave, which led to an argument in which the victim threw a garbage can at one of them, they said.

The suspects began chasing him, police said, and found him hiding on a nearby porch. Stacey Latimer, 24, of Pennsbury, who was dressed as "Jason" and had a knife, is accused of using it to stab the victim multiple times in the leg and foot. She is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal conspiracy, and recklessly endangering another person.

When police arrived, Christina Rose Squillace, 22, and Christopher Crighton, 25, both of Carnegie, gave them incorrect information, police said. They are charged with simple assault, hindering apprehension or prosecution, making false reports to law enforcement, and criminal conspiracy.

A fourth person, Megan Elizabeth Francis, 22, of Pennsbury, was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and criminal conspiracy because, police said, she helped Ms. Latimer flee the scene before they arrived.

• Alexander Paul Lorenzi, 20, of Dormont, was arrested Friday on a Carnegie warrant charging him with aggravated assault, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, false imprisonment, unlawful restraint, criminal conspiracy and criminal mischief.

The charges stem from an incident early Nov. 4 in which a resident of the 500 block of Lydia Street accused Lorenzi and an unknown accomplice of forcing their way into his house, assaulting him and holding him against his will.

• Mikhale Wicobroda, 27, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with simple assault following a domestic violence incident on Lydia Street.

• Following a routine traffic stop Saturday on Washington Avenue, Jerome Lee Spell, 26, of Mount Oliver, was found to have an outstanding warrant against him. He was turned over to county authorities.

• Following police response to a noise complaint in the 300 block of Newkirk Street, these individuals were charged early Sunday with underage drinking:

Laura A. Bolton, 20, of Mt. Lebanon; Brenna M. Hennessy, 20, of Mt. Lebanon; Virginia Scott Harkins, 19, of Mt. Lebanon; Leigh Ann Sebrosky, 20, of Carnegie; Tyler J. Locke, 20, of Crafton; and Joshua A. Prosser, 19, of Mt. Oliver.

Also, Brad Thomas Easton, 20, of Carnegie; Joshua R. McCall, 18, of Carnegie; Andrew B. Kastle, 20, of Crafton; Chelsea W. Weinheimer, 20, of Crafton; and a 16-year-old female juvenile from Carnegie.

Collier

• At the WPIAL football playoff game Friday at Chartiers Valley High School, Zachery Vance, 19, of Georgetown in Beaver County, was charged with underage drinking and Douglas Rees , 18, of Launa Drive in Clinton, was charged with supplying liquor to a minor.

• On Sunday, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Ridge Road was charged with simple assault and underage drinking following a fight with a relative.

Crafton

• Brandon Hennen, 26, of Crafton, was charged last Thursday with public drunkenness on East Steuben Street at Noble Avenue.

• Michael Williams, 25, of Crafton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, speeding and two counts of expired inspection stickers after he was accused of driving 29 miles an hour in a 15-mile-per-hour zone on Crafton Boulevard.

• Joseph Negel, 42, of Pittsburgh, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol on Crafton Boulevard.

Heidelberg

• A squirrel apparently walked on an uninsulated spot of an electrical power line on Lincoln Avenue Monday, shorting out a transformer and electrical service to some area homes. The squirrel died.

Kennedy

• James Lightfoot, 44, of Pittsburgh, was charged Nov. 4 with public intoxication at King's Family Restaurant on Steubenville Pike.

Robinson

• Jeremy Irvin, 29, of Leetsdale, was arrested Oct. 24 on an outstanding warrant for drug possession from the Allegheny County Sheriff's office for drug possession. He was arrested when he was accused ofstealing $178 worth of merchandise from Costco.

• James Frankel, 45, of Mt. Washington, was charged Oct. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving after a two-car accident on Steubenville Pike.

• Daniel Gaitens, 51, of McDonald, was charged Oct. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving after a two-car accident in Robinson Town Centre.

• John Chapin, 46, of Chicago, was charged Oct. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Park Manor Drive.

Scott

• Shawn Campbell, 21, of Scott, was charged Saturday with theft after he was accused of stealing a pie from the GetGo convenience store, Washington Pike. Less than an hour later, he was charged with public drunkenness at Rocky's Lounge, Washington Pike, and also with aggravated assault and terroristic threats after police said he spat on them, threatened them and splashed toilet water on them.

• Charles Schuetz, 26, of Scott, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic accident on Greenbriar Drive.

• Elizabeth Risser, 30, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol in the 3000 block of Swallow Hill Road.

• Wayne Tokar, 25, of Scott, was charged Nov. 5 with disorderly conduct after police responded to a loud music complaint and said they found marijuana in his possession.

• About 6:30 p.m. last Thursday, a woman was putting her groceries in her car after shopping at the Shop 'n Save supermarket, Raceway Plaza, when a 5-foot, 7-inch white male with blonde, curly hair and wearing sandals ripped her purse from her shoulder. He fled as a passenger in a dull, black-colored, older model car.

• A female poll worker reported on Election Day the theft of her 2005 Pontiac Grand Am from the 600 block of Carothers Avenue rear.

• On Nov. 5, a resident of the 500 block of Center Street reported that two packages that were confirmed as delivered to his house were missing. One package contained a set of truck hubs and the other was an X-Box.
