Pancake Hike: Nov. 15
Venture Outdoors begins the day with a stop at the New Centerville Volunteer Fire Company's annual pancake breakfast. After filling up, they begin a moderate 8-mile hike in Laurel Hill State Park. The trail weaves past the Laurel Hill dam, through an old growth hemlock forest and by Laurel Hill Lake, which is being temporarily drawn down for upgrades.
