Bridgeville

• Christine Bott, 51, and Michael F. Bott, 59, both of Bridgeville, were charged Sunday with simple assault following a domestic incident.

• Donald C. Parkinson Jr., of Bridgeville, Tyler Lee Kemp, of Washington, Pa., and Daniel John Sumney, also of Washington -- all 18 years old -- were charged Saturday with maintaining a disorderly house after police said they broke up a beer party on a front yard on St. Clair Street.

• Clifton Davis, 32, of Presto, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness after, police said, he was found passed out in front of the 7-Eleven store on Alpine Road.

• A 16-year-old white male juvenile from the 1100 block of Chartiers Street was charged Oct. 16 with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after, police said, he was found staggering up the street in the area of Chestnut and Chartiers streets.

Carnegie

• James T. Davis, 35, of South Fayette, was charged Friday with eight counts of bad checks and theft by deception. Police have accused him of passing eight bad checks worth $7,111.50 on Oct. 14 at the Southwest Communities Federal Credit Union, Pine Street.

• Greg Lilja, Jeremy L. O'Brien, and Joshua O'Brien, all 22 and all from the Northside, were charged Oct. 16 with criminal conspiracy and various drug charges related to the possession, manufacture and delivery of marijuana.

Teresa Williams, 47, of Scott, was charged Oct. 20 with criminal trespass, burglary, simple assault and terroristic threats at a residence on Swallow Hill Road.

• John O. Collins, Jr., of East Carnegie, was charged Oct. 21 with public drunkenness on West Main Street.

• Todd T. Parrish, 45, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with public drunkenness on Sixth Street.

• Robert A. Reinehr, 47, of Meadow Lands, Washington County, was charged Monday with public drunkenness on Cubbage Street.

• Michael M. Smith, 22, of Scott, was charged Sunday with violation of the borough ordinance against possession of an open alcohol container in public.

Collier

• After an officer said he saw his car speeding on Noblestown Road, Charles Harrelson, 40, of St. Augustine, Fl., was charged Oct. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and various traffic citations.

• Thor Coons, 35, of Bloomington, Ind., was charged with damage to unattended property, restrictions on weight limit and unlawful activity after, police said, the tractor-trailer he was driving hit a stop sign at Noblestown and Walkers Mill roads and he failed to stop.

• Giffin Interiors, Scotti Drive, reported last Thursday that 45 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from a truck and another 10 gallons of unleaded gas was siphoned from a car. Both vehicles were parked on the business' property and both had their gas caps removed.

• On Oct. 20, thieves stole $120 from a purse under a jacket on the rear floor of a Cadillac parked at the Eat'n Park restaurant, Washington Pike.

Crafton

• Michael Murrman, 26, of Ingram, was charged Monday with resisting arrest, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after a fight at the Redstone Bar.

• Michael Braithaite, 54, of Crafton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and speeding on Crafton Avenue at Afton Street.

• Brandon Rush, 19, of Crafton, was charged Friday with public drunkenness after he was stumbling and fell to the ground on Underhill Street.

Ingram

• Alexander McCue, 19, of Ingram, was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver (marijuana), possession and operating a M/V without insurance after he was stopped for a vehicle code violation on W Prospect Ave.

A resident on Maxwell Street reported Friday that a case of beer was stolen from the back porch.

• Carmellia Stancile, 22, of Ingram, was charged Friday with child endangerment, simple assault and harassment after an argument in an apartment building on West Prospect Avenue.

• An arrest warrant was issued Friday for Ronald Rizzo, 23, of Carnegie, on charges of theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property after a resident of Stratmore Avenue reported that his vehicle had been stolen.

• Justin Connolly, 27, of Pittsburgh, was charged last Thursday with possession of heroin and traffic violations after being stopped on Middletown Road.

• An arrest warrant was issued last Thursday for Darkale Bonner, 21, of Pittsburgh, charging her with simple assault, harassment and criminal conspiracy after a juvenile was assaulted Oct. 15 at a business on Center Street.

• Dolores Sands, 48, of Pittsburgh, was charged Oct. 15 with three counts of simple assault and harassment and one count of disorderly conduct after two adults and a juvenile were assaulted at a business on Center Street.

• Christopher Jacobs, 27, of Robinson, was charged Oct. 12 with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication after, police said, he passed out near Rite Aid in the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center.

Kennedy

• Robert Kerns, 25, of Markleysburg, Fayette County, was cited Sunday with drug charges after officers said they found drug paraphernalia and pills in his vehicle parked behind a building on Deweyville Street.

• Rodney Spencer, 20, of Robinson, was charged Sunday with criminal mischief after he was accused of kicking down a door and window on Cortland Drive.

Robinson

• Timothy Jenkins, 18, of Kennedy, was charged Oct. 14 with theft, receiving stolen property and three counts of access device fraud after he was accused of using a stolen credit card to make three purchases at Giant Eagle.

• Sean Hunter, 23, of Bethel Park, was charged Oct. 11 with retail theft and receiving stolen property after he was accused of stealing $908 worth of merchandise from Sears.

• Mark Laszcynski, 39, of Pittsburgh, and Therese Byrne, 47, of Bellevue, were charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal conspiracy, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after they were accused of assaulting another person in a bar on Coraopolis Road.

• Chao Mistretta, 23, of Gray, La., was charged Oct. 10 with public drunkenness inside Sheetz.

Scott

• Noreen Twigg, 44, of Scott, was charged Oct. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and recklessly endangering another person after, police said, the car she was operating traveled 200 feet into a backyard on Stancey Drive.

• Amanda Petrelli, 25, of Castle Shannon, was charged Oct. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia after, police said, she hit an apartment building in the 700 block of Carothers Avenue.

• Edward Cabana, 39, of Brookline, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle that was stopped in the travel lane in front of Mad Mex restaurant, Scott Town Center.

• Nathan Barie, 22, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol after his car hit a utility pole at Noblestown Road and Duncan Way.

• A Bell Road resident received a check last Thursday in the mail with instructions to cash the check, keep part of it for her trouble and mail the remainder to a provided address. An investigation revealed the check was fraudulent.

South Fayette

• A CD and a navigation system were reported stolen Friday from a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer parked at Colussy Chevrolet, Washington Pike.

• Copper wiring and plumbing worth an estimated $500 was reported stolen Oct. 21 from the inside of an apartment in the 600 block of Millers Run Road.
