The top four teams in each conference advance to the playoffs. Teams that finish in first and second place play a home game in the first round. Playoff pairings will be announced Monday night. Here is a conference-by-conference breakdown:
Big East Conference: Penn Hills is first, Central Catholic second, Woodland Hills third and Fox Chapel fourth.
Foothills: Gateway is first, McKeesport second, Penn-Trafford third and Hempfield fourth.
Northern Six: North Hills is first, North Allegheny second, Shaler third and Pine-Richland fourth.
Great Southern: Bethel Park is first, Canon-McMillan second, Upper St. Clair third and Mt. Lebanon fourth.
Big Seven: Thomas Jefferson is first, Chartiers Valley second, Trinity third and Ringgold fourth.
Greater Allegheny: Highlands is first, Indiana second, Mars third and Franklin Regional fourth.
Keystone: Yough is first, Greensburg Salem is second, Laurel Highlands is third and Uniontown fourth.
Parkway: Blackhawk is first, New Castle second, Hopewell third and Montour fourth.
Allegheny: Shady Side Academy is first, Ford City second, Valley third and Freeport fourth.
Century: Sto-Rox is first, Seton-LaSalle is second, Keystone Oaks third and Bishop Canevin fourth.
Interstate: Greensburg Central Catholic is first, Jeannette second, East Allegheny third and McGuffey fourth.
Midwestern: Beaver Falls is first, Aliquippa second, Center third and Beaver fourth.
Big Seven: Monaca is first, Rochester second, Western Beaver third and South Side Beaver fourth.
Black Hills: Clairton is first, Fort Cherry second, Serra third and Chartiers-Houston fourth.
Eastern: Avonworth is first, Springdale second, North Catholic third and Brentwood fourth.
Tri-County South: Beth-Center is first, Monessen second, Carmichaels third and California fourth.
Brashear is first, Perry second, Schenley third and Langley fourth. The semifinal games will be played at Cupples Stadium. Perry will play Schenley Thursday at 7 p.m.; Brashear will play Langley Friday at 7 p.m.
