Continuing the Republican focus on Pennsylvania's 21 electoral votes, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will appear Thursday at the Beaver Area High School.

Warming up the crowd for Sen. John McCain's rally in Moon this afternoon, state Sen. John Pippy announced the visit, the third major appearance the GOP vice presidential nominee has made in the state in recent weeks.

He noted that doors for the event will open at 4:15 p.m. and tickets are available at Republican campaign offices throughout the state.
