When first announced, the All Stars Live Fest Community Awards this weekend was planned for Heinz Field and then the Hilton. Instead, the concert and awards ceremony will take place at the Hill House Association in the Hill District. The Friday night event will be headlined by Kurtis Blow, rap pioneer and the first hip-hopper to be signed to a major label. It will also feature Dana Dane.

Here is the schedule of weekend events:

TODAY

Urban Roots Hip Hop Arts Symposium and Youth Job Expo

6 p.m.: Doors Open at Hill House

6:30 p.m.: Programs Begins - Youth Performances Round 1

7 p.m.: Keynote Speaker Kurtis Blow speaks to youth

8 p.m. Youth Performances Round 2

9 p.m.: All Stars Welcome Reception and Mix Tape Release Party at Tana Ethiopian Restaurant, 5929 Baum Blvd., featuring DJ Nate Da Phat Barber showcasing his Mixtape Experience Hip Hop Soul.

FRIDAY

All Stars Live Fest Community Awards

5:30 p.m.: Happy Hour Godfrey's Restaurant Night Club (5:30 - 7:00pm)

7:30 p.m.: Opening Remarks, Awards and Performances at Hill House

8:45 p.m.: Kurtis Blow

10 p.m.: After Party at Godfreys Night Club with Dana Dane
