Frontier Airlines plans to add daily flights during ski season between Denver and the Steamboat Springs area.

Frontier said that its Lynx Aviation subsidiary will operate the flights between Denver and Yampa Valley Regional Airport, Dec. 18 through April 22.

The Denver-based carrier plans to remove four of the 74 seats inside the Bombardier Q400 aircraft serving the city to make room for skis and snowboards.
