Bridgeville

• Neil Kohlmyer, 25, of Bridgeville, was charged Friday with narcotics possession, possession with intent to deliver, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Police discovered that he was growing marijuana plants near his home that were protected with spiked booby traps -- one of which pierced the boot of an investigating officer.

• Mark Elmer Ringling, 39, of Brentwood, was charged Sept. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving on Bower Hill Road.

• John Joseph Sroka, 45, of Bridgeville, was charged Sept. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol on McLaughlin Run Road.

• Daniel R. Kelly, 28, of the 3000 block of Miller Street, McKeesport, was charged Sept. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol on Washington Avenue.

• Ryan F. Nagy, 22, of Bridgeville, was charged Sept. 20 with possession and possession with intent to deliver a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as disorderly conduct, after police found marijuana plants on the side of his residence.

• Michael T. Brune, 47, of Bridgeville, was charged Sept. 14 with harassment after he verbally threatened an underage male and then tried to hit him with his vehicle.

• Kelli Finnerty, 31, of Bridgeville, was charged Sept. 14 with criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and public drunkenness.

• During a Sept. 26 traffic stop on Washington Avenue, Matthew Connelly, 18, of Canonsburg, was charged with disorderly conduct and speeding.

• Nathan A. Shields, 24, of Washington, Pa., and Christi Lynn Boff, of Carnegie, were charged Monday with disorderly conduct.

Carnegie

• Mark R. Andreen, 29, of Brookline, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving on West Main Street on July 25.

• Michael Davis, 33, of Carnegie, who was being sought since May 2007 on a warrant for drug charges, was arrested Sept. 17 after he was apprehended by Port Authority police on another matter.

• Daniel R. Wiker, was charged Sept. 14 with harassment and disorderly conduct outside of Carnegie Towers. After he broke a window of Carnegie Towers Saturday, he also was charged with criminal mischief and indirect criminal contempt for violating a protection from abuse order.

• Alexander Hayden, 19, of Mount Washington, and Ayla Marie Bey, 20, of Carnegie, were charged Sept. 23 with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at a Carnegie Towers.

• Clifton C. Davis, 32, of Bridgeville, was charged Friday with public drunkenness on West Main Street.

• David A. Kremin, 21, of Crafton, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness on Logan Street.

• Trisha Ann Lee, 36, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness on Washington Avenue.

• Curt R. Roberts, 20, of Collier, was charged Sept. 24 with defiant trespass at Carnegie Towers.

Collier

• Ivun Esa, 47, and Afif Dayoub, 62, both of Upper St. Clair, were charged Sept. 23 with retail theft at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center, after $54.99 worth of stolen merchandise was found in a purse.

Crafton

• A computer and monitor worth $1,700 was stolen Sunday from a West Steuben Street apartment.

• Daniel Pratt, 43, of Crafton, was charged Sept. 25 with public drunkenness on Foster Avenue.

• Donnie Marlowe, 18, of North Fayette, and Derek Bonus, 18, of Crafton, were charged last Thursday with discharging a firearm within borough limits and criminal mischief after they were shooting paint balls with a slingshot at the U.S. Post Office on Steuben Street and at vehicles in the parking lot.

Kennedy

• Stephen Romano, 28, of Stowe, was charged Sept. 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol on McCoy Road.

Scott

• After police were called to Hope Street for a report of a person slashed with a knife, Jeffrey T. Gordon, 51, of Scott, was charged Saturday with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and harassment.

• After police were called to Creek and Hoff streets for a report of someone assaulted with a hammer, David L. Barton, 21, of Scott, was charged with aggravated assault and harassment.

• Michael Bopp, 25, of Carnegie, was charged Sept. 24 with assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police received a disturbance call from a residence in the 400 block of Carothers Avenue.

• Chelsey Marissa Egan, 20, of Scott, was charged Sept. 23 with various drug violations after police were called to her residence for a possible drug overdose.

Rita Cleis, 41, of Scott, was charged last Thursday with retail theft for the attempted theft of $96.84 worth of merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy on Washington Avenue.

• Lesley C. King, 29, of Swissvale, and Jessica M. King, 23, of West End, her sister, were charged Sept. 27 with retail theft at Wal-Mart, Raceway Plaza. Lesley King also was charged with various traffic violations, as well as a probation violation from Mercer County.

• A female resident of Jamestown Drive reported Sept. 23 that her credit card was used fraudulently to purchase a $1,997 computer that was shipped to an address in Queens, N.Y.

• A $150 Magellan Road Mate 500 GPS system was stolen from a car parked Saturday on Greenvalley Drive and a $400 TomTom GPS system was reported stolen from a car parked on nearby the same day on Greenbriar Court. The drivers' side windows of both vehicles were smashed.

South Fayette

• About 2:30 p.m. Sunday, a hunter told police that a knapsack, Nikon range finder, binoculars, tree stand, ladder, drill and a saw were stolen from the bed of his 2006 Chevrolet truck parked on Coal Pit Road.
