Big Ben hand injury set for more examination

PHILADELPHIA -- Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger left today's game against the Eagles here with an injured right hand, but x-rays taken immediately showed no broken bones.

Coach Mike Tomlin said the hand will be examined further tomorrow but Roethlisberger thought it was OK.

The injury occurred when he was sacked for the for the eighth and final time of the game and lost a fumble with 3:31 left. Roethlisberger, whose hand was wrapped in the locker room after the game, said he thought someone stepped on it.

The Steelers lost 15-6.
