Carnegie

• After he was jailed Sept. 4 and charged with public drunkenness, Richard S. Rhoades, 46, of Scott, was charged Friday with criminal mischief. Police said he damaged a jail cell door.

• James Anthony Mitchell, 20, who is homeless, was charged Aug. 31 with simple assault following a domestic dispute in the Carnegie Towers lobby.

• Ralph McLaughlin, 36, of Carnegie, was arrested last Thursday on a warrant charging him with indirect criminal contempt after police said they saw him walking on East Main Street.

• Rebert C. Besseck, 41, of Corliss, was charged Friday with public drunkenness on Mary Street.

• Jennifer E. Erbert, 39, of the North Side, was charged Friday with public drunkenness on Broadway Street.

• David N. Sabulsky, 31, of Mount Washington, was charged Aug. 31 with public drunkenness on East Main Street.

• Justin J. Pentland, 22, of Coraopolis, was charged Sept. 7 with violating the borough ordinance against possession of an open container of alcohol in public.

Crafton

• Police recovered five laundromat components -- two Speed Queen dryer tops, two Whirlpool dryer tops and one Whirlpool washer top -- that had been dumped in the borough. The coin receptacles were smashed and the money had been removed.

• Dean Eddy, 39, of Ellwood City, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct after police said he was observed urinating on the side of the Busy Beaver Building in the Crafton Shopping Center.

Findlay

• Harvey C. Roupe III, 21, of Aliquippa, and Zachary A. Coffey, 18, of Freedom, were charged Sept. 3 with disorderly conduct and harassment after an altercation at the Findlay skate park on Route 30.

• Andrew Ulinski, 24, of Hopewell, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol after, police said, his vehicle veered from Steubenville Enlow Road onto the Montour Trail.

Ingram

• Several shots were fired into a home at 10 p.m. Saturday on Joel Street. Witnesses told police that one or two individuals were seen running from the area and fleeing in a dark-colored vehicle.

• A resident on Cobb Avenue reported a vehicle damaged while parked Sept. 3 overnight.

Robinson

• Brad Fleet, 18, of Ingram, was charged Aug. 29 with underage drinking and disorderly conduct during an athletic event at Montour High School.

• Keith Welsh, 63, of Turtle Creek, was charged Aug. 28 with retail theft and receiving stolen property after he was accused of stealing $299 worth of merchandise from Sears.

• Three men from out of state were arrested after their stolen car was stopped Aug. 20 on Steubenville Pike.

• Charged with receiving stolen property were Demetrius Harrison, 32, of Steubenville, Ohio; Robert Miller, 29, of Ohio; and Christopher Robertson, 18, of Follansbee, W.Va.

Also, Mr. Miller was being sought for a parole violation in Ohio.

Scott

• After police were called Saturday to an accident in the Carriage Park apartment complex, Daniel James Geyser, 34, of Moon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, careless driving and driving with expired vehicle registration and expired inspection.

• Thomas P. Lalanne, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Sept. 1 with disorderly conduct after police were called to the area of Mount Olivet Cemetery on Swallow Hill Road for a report of someone laying on the street.

• Robert Morelli, 58, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged Sept. 3 with retail theft at the Shop 'n Save supermarket, Raceway Plaza, after he was accused of stealing car care products.

• Michael Arndt, 28, of Scott, was charged Sept. 6 with simple assault after police responded to a domestic dispute at his residence in which a female reported she was assaulted.

• Two juveniles were charged Sept. 6 with marijuana possession and two others with disorderly conduct after, police said they saw them smoking marijuana in a vehicle that was parked in the Glenn-Scott Shopping Center.

• During the night of Sept. 4-5, thieves stole a Nintendo game station and damaged the car radio in a vehicle that was parked in the 500 block of Spikenard Street.

South Fayette

• Steel plates and other construction materials worth $21,000 were reported stolen in two separate incidents reported Sept. 2 from the rear of Nicholson Construction on McClane Street.

Kosky Contracting, Millers Run Road, reported the theft Monday of a $1,500 heavy duty stainless steel pressure vessel from outside of its garage.

• A sewer grate was reported stolen Aug. 28 from Bowman Road. Similar thefts have been reported recently from other township streets.

• Four wheel rims from a 1983 Mazda RX7 parked at Storaway on Mayview Road were reported stolen Sept. 4. The rims are worth $125.
