Principal faces trial in hit-run that injured 2 boys

A man who has been on the list of substitue principals in the Woodland Hills School District faces trial today in a hit-and-run accident that injured two boys in June.

Howard Wolstoncroft, 60, of Bethel Park, today waived his right to a prelimary hearing in municipal court.

He allegedly struck two South Park High School students who were walking on Brownsville Road in South Park Township on June 6.

He faces charges of reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of controlled substances.
