Hempfield -- Westmoreland County Community College will host a performance of the political satire troupe "Capitol Steps" at 8 p.m. next Thursday in the Science Hall Theater on its Youngwood campus, 400 Armbrust Road. McKeesport -- The Well Ministries will sponsor a gospel sing from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday in the band shell in Renziehausen Park, Eden Park Blvd. Performers include Grant Van Leuven and the River Town Band, Chalice and others. Unity -- Saint Vincent College, 300 Fraser Purchase Road, will hold a concert by the Manhattan Piano Trio at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Carey Center for Performing Arts, as the kickoff of its 2008-09 College Concert Series of classical music. Hempfield -- The Westmoreland County Historical Society will offer free tours of Historic Hanna's Town, Forbes Trail Road, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in honor of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the city of Pittsburgh. Call 724-836-1800 ext. 12.

VOLUNTEERS

Hempfield -- The Westmoreland Association of Volunteer Administrators, Westmoreland County Community College and the United Way of Westmoreland County will sponsor Find Your Fit, their annual volunteer fair, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Founders Hall gymnasium of the college's Youngwood campus, 400 Armbrust Road.
