Rebecca Koehler Dudenhoeffer, a certified public accountant and supervisor with Malin, Bergquist & Co., was elected to the board of the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania.

David Martin was named chairman of the board of directors of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh. Mr. Martin is president of Foster Holdings Inc.

Real Estate

Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate Inc. hired Simon B. Franklin as an agent, tenant/buyer representative division.

Elsewhere

Kevin Caruso, a Pittsburgh native, was named the managing director and chief executive officer of Nigerian Telecommunications PLC, Nigeria's first national telecommunication carrier, by its holding company, the Transnational Corp of Nigeria PLC.
