Route 28 inbound will be limited to a single lane from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow from Etna to Millvale while crews install a Highway Advisory Radio sign.

The sign is part of the $7.9 million contract to build a missing ramp on the North Side from Route 28 to I-279, a project to be completed this fall.
