Allegheny County police recovered a buried body in Turtle Creek last night, but were saying little today about the circumstances.

Police spent part of Saturday evening digging in a yard on Oak Avenue Extension.

In a brief news release today, county police said they recovered a body late Saturday night and that an autopsy would be done today. The body had not been identified, they said.

Police said more information would be released tomorrow.
