Prudential Preferred Realty has announced the top sales associates for May. The agents and their offices are:
Linda Honeywill, North Hills, led in residential sales units and volume with nine sales worth $5 million. She was also first in listings sold volume with $5.3 million.
Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, was No. 1 in residential listing units with 11 and in residential listings sold units with 13. Becky Scrivanich and Tom Potter, Sewickley, led in listing volume with $4 million.
Marilyn Davis, Greensburg, was first in new construction listings units with four, new construction volume with $2 million and new construction listings sold units and volume with five worth $2 million.

Real Trends has chosen Howard Hanna Holdings Inc. as the fifth-largest housing services firm in the United States from a survey of more than 800 leading brokerage firms in its annual "Real Trends Top 25" list.
Howard Hanna, headquartered in Pittsburgh, reported a total of closed transactions sides and settlement transactions of 49,358.
Two other Pennsylvania-based companies also made the list.
Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors based in Devon, Chester County, with 49,538 combined sides and transactions, and Prudential Homesale Services Group based in Lancaster, with 16,753 combined sides and transactions.
