Two men were killed when their vehicle crashed head-on along state Route 119 in Westmoreland County yesterday. Joseph B. Halley, 18, of Hunker was driving northbound when he lost control of his vehicle, which crossed the grass median and went into southbound traffic. It collided with a car driven by Norman J. Peretti, 49, of Scottdale. Mr. Halley was trapped in his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Mr. Peretti was taken to Excela Frick Hospital, where he died, according to the Westmoreland County coroner's office. State police are investigating.
