Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services has hired seven experienced sales associates. The agents and their offices are:

Century 21 Frontier Realty agent Dionne Malush was recently honored as one of the company's top producers nationwide. She received the Ruby Level Century 21 Masters Award for 2007 sales production.

Ms. Malush, who has been a Realtor for four years, accounted for more than $3.6 million in sales. She previously operated a graphic design studio focusing on product promotion. She now uses these skills to create online virtual tours and other Web-related marketing.




Thomas P. Janidas, a Realtor and residential and commercial builder and developer, has joined Coldwell Banker, Tri County Realty in Washington, Pa.

Mr. Janidas holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations. He is developing Summerbrooke in North Strabane.




Bryan Fleischer has joined Sail Mortgage of Wexford as a loan consultant. He has more than 10 years of experience and specializes in FHA and VA programs, reverse mortgages, commercial business and conventional lending.
