From spring to fall, this corner of Pennsylvania is filled with festivals of all kinds -- celebrating music and the arts, regional history, food and more.

MAY

INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL: 22nd annual festival features international and local performing arts groups for children. Presented by Pittsburgh International Children's Theater. University of Pittsburgh campus and Schenley Plaza, Oakland (Through May 18). 412-321-5520.
