It keeps getting worse for the Flyers.
According the Philadelphia Daily News, Flyers defenseman Braydon Coburn is considered "probably doubtful" for Game 3 by Philadelphia general manager Paul Holmgren.
Coburn was injured in the first period of Game 2 when a shot by Sergei Gonchar deflected into his face. He needed more than 50 stitches to repair a cut near his eye.
This is the last thing the Flyers need. With Kimmo Timonen already out due to a leg injury, Coburn is their best remaining defenseman.
Ryan Parent would take Coburn's place in the lineup should he miss Game 3.
