You knew it was going to get uglier than a hairless chiuhaua in this whole the Rob Lowe vs. the hired help mess.
Now a second nanny involved in the case has filed a cross complaint of sexual harassment -- not against Rob but against his wife, Sheryl.
Laura Boyce, claims among other things that her employer walked around naked, asked the nanny about her boyfriend's private parts and told the nanny about her sex life with her hubby, Rob and talking about her children inappropriately.
Laura also charges that Sheryl used the "n" word in referring to the nanny's boyfriend, a former NBA player.
In a statement to TV's The Insider, Sheryl said: "As a mother of two young boys, it is sickening and disgusting that Mrs. Allred (Laura's attorney) and Ms. Boyce would stoop so low as to drag a child into this latest, baseless, predatory lawsuit. To falsely attack my husband is one thing, to attack me is another, but to do this to our son reveals not only their lack of character, but how far they are willing to go to play the "lawsuit lotto".
"The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments. I'm certain that my dearest and longtime friend, and godfather to my children, Marcus Allen would beg to differ with their charges. We do not see color in my household; my children do not see color. . . "
Rob and Sheryl threw the first legal punch when they sued Laura, Jessica and a fomer chef Peter Clements alleging that the ex-employees were trying to extort money from them.
Then Jessica slapped them right back with a countersuit, claiming Rob sexually harrassed her.
We'll see how long Star Jones and her soon to be ex-husband Al Reynolds keep to the high road.
The former love birds are not saying anything about their breakup after three years of marriage. They're letting their surrogates do the talking.
Al's momma, Ada Reynolds, told In Touch Weekly that her son didn't want the divorce.
"He wanted to stay married. I think Star wanted the divorce, not Al," his mom said.
A close friend of Star's told the ITW that the two grew apart after her failed TruTV show.
Al started teaching at Florida Memorial University in Miami and that resulted in a frequent flyer marriage.
Obviously, Star was not feeling that!
Javier Bardem is no longer feeling the lead role in the soon-to-be-directed-by Rob Marshall musical, "Nine."
The "No Country for Old Men" star was all set to play Guido Contini, but the actor is just plumb tuckered out and needs to rest, reports Variety.
He tried to get producer Harvey Weinstein to move the production to February but it just couldn't be done.
So JB has dropped out of the movie, which will co-star, Penelop Cruz, Marion Cotillard and the great Sophia Loren, who we just saw on TV last weekend in all her curvaceous glory in the movie, "Houseboat."
Maybe we should have eaten more pasta!
Speaking of Oscar-nominated actors, Laurence Fishburne, who just opened Wednesday night on Broadway in the one-man play, "Thurgood", is being honored by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
The play is based on the life and times of the late Justice Thurgood Marshall, the first African American to sit on the Supreme Court and NAACP's lead counsel in the landmark case, Brown v. Board of Education.
Anyway, the Thurgood Marshall Ciollege Fund has awarded more than $69 million in scholarships, programs and other support to students attending Historically black colleges and universities.
We wanna give a shout out to Pittsburgh clinical psychologist Dr. Nancy Berk who will be helping folks get their laugh on when she performs her stand up routine May 10 for Clean Comedy Night at the Kimball Theater in Williamsburg, Va.
"Making someone laugh is an informal kind of therapy. You don't need a Ph.D. for it. but having one doesn't hurt, either," said Dr. Berk, who lives in O'Hara and is author of "Secrets of a Bar Mitzvah Mom.''
Clean Comedy Night is produced and organized by Teresa Roberts Logan, a Virginia comic and producer who has appeared on A & E's "Evening at the Improv" and is the author of a new book titled "The Older I get, The Less I Care."
Girl, that's how we feel, too!
