Building New Hope, the Pittsburgh-based organization that operates a number of social service programs in Central America, is once again raffling off a trip for two to Granada, Nicaragua. Only 200 tickets will be sold, at $100 each. Entries are due May 5; the drawing will take place May 6.

The winner will receive round-trip airfare for two, six nights at a bed and breakfast and escorted tours by Building New Hope volunteers.

Proceeds will underwrite job training and medical care, schools for barrio children, a community library, a veterinary clinic and Cafe Chavalos, a culinary school for former gang members that has become a popular restaurant. Tickets are available at www.buildingnewhope.org or 412-421-1625.
