Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and architect Karen Loysen of Loysen + Kreuthmeier will present to the public the final design of the Allegheny branch at 6 p.m. May 7 at the Children's Museum.

Groundbreaking for the new branch, to be built at 1210 Federal St., will be at 9 a.m. May 9.
