The Children's Museum has scheduled two sessions for the public to discuss plans for the sunken plaza in Allegheny Center.
The first, at 6 p.m. next Wednesday, will be at Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church on North Avenue; the second, at 6 p.m. May 1, will be at Allegheny Center Alliance Church, 250 E. Ohio St.
The museum and the city have collaborated with urban designers Andrea Cochran and Doug Suisman to revamp the space for community use, and Ms. Cochran will be present at both sessions with her proposed designs. Mr. Suisman will attend the first session to discuss the plaza's role in a larger redesign of Allegheny Center.
