Barack Obama will speak at a "On Track for Change" rally Monday at the University of Pittsburgh's Petersen Events Center in Oakland.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; program begins at 9:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are NOT required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged. Admission is first-come, first-served. To RSVP, please visit www.pa.barackobama.com.

Parking is limited. Please use public transportation. The following parking lots near Petersen Events Center will be open: O'Hara Garage, OC Lot, and Towerview Garage. Shuttle service will be provided from the 'Soldiers and Sailors' Garage.

For security reasons, do not bring bags. Please limit personal items. No signs or banners permitted.
