Prudential Preferred Realty has announced the top sales associates for March. The agents and their offices are:
Gloria Carroll, North Hills, top sales agent for residential sales units with four and top agent in residential sales volume with $3 million.
Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, was the top sales agent in residential listing units with 10 units.
Chuck Swidzinski, Butler, was the top agent in residential listings sold with 5.5 units.
Beverly McQuone and Susie Reuter, Sewickley, were the top agents in residential listing volume with $3.2 million and residential listings sold with $2 million.
Barbara Baker, Route 19 South, was the top agent in new construction listings units and new construction volume with four units and $2 million in volume.
Joe Volpe and Karen Henry, Greensburg, were the top agents for new construction listings sold with three units and 1.3 million.
The Arlene Guastella Group of Achieve Realty had listings of $2.4 million and sales of $2.1 million for March.
The team members are Arlene Guastella, multimillion-dollar producer and team leader; Jeff Lunderstadt, award-winning marketing director; and Mona Williams, Accredited Buyers' Representative and multimillion-dollar producer.
Prudential Preferred Realty has hired new agents.
Kathy Hallberg joined the Route 19 South office. She holds a degree in chemical engineering and holds an MBA. She previously worked with Howard Hanna Real Estate and will specialize in residential sales.
Konstantin Bourloganis also joined the Route 19 South office. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and previously worked for Clairbrook Homes as a project manager.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has formed a new business venture known as Great Lakes Surveying, which provides surveying services on a regional and national basis.

On April 12, The Howard Hanna family was given the 2008 Ad Lucem Award at the Third Annual La Roche College Founders Gala. The award was presented by La Roche College president, Sister Candace Introcaso, on behalf of the school and its board of trustees in honor of the family's vision, leadership and determination, which built the Howard Hanna Real Estate into the third-largest privately owned real estate company in the United States.
