Landau Building Co. awarded a contract from West Virginia University Hospitals to construct an addition to the existing Cheat Lake Clinic located in Morgantown, W.Va. Construction has commenced and will be completed by the end of 2008. The architect is Zilka & Associates Inc.

The Western School of Health & Business Careers signed a 10-year lease to occupy 35,000 square feet at 421-427 7th Avenue, Pittsburgh. The Western School of Health & Business Careers is a subsidiary of the Career Education Corp. and offers hands-on business and medical technology career training that is relevant to employers' needs. Patrick Gruden, of CB Richard Ellis' Corporate Advisory Services Team, represented Career Education Corp.

Inmedius Inc., a leading provider of applications to capture, create, manage and deploy technical information assets, opened a new sales office in Queensland, Australia, to service clients in the Asia Pacific Region. Inmedius Australia PTY LTD will assist organizations to implement their own documentation strategies through consulting and training support services.
