Jay-Z and Beyonce haven't said a mumbling word confirming or denying their alleged nuptials, but we're gonna congratulate them any old way!
The Bonnie and Clyde of hip-hop apparently wed last Friday at Jay's Tribeca apartment building. It was reportedly an all-white affair that included about 60,000 orchids from Thailand provided by Amy's Orchids.
There were about 200 guests including Usher, Jermaine Dupri and his boo, Janet Jackson, Wyclef Jean, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.
But the honeymoon's been put on hold 'cause Jay's still on tour with Mary J. Blige and Miss Beyonce's making a film.
Mary J. gave the couple a shout out during a Saturday performance in Greensboro, reports People.
"Congratulations to my man Jay-Z and my girl B," Mary said before launching into "You're All I Need."
Hey, that's good enough for us!
Expectant teen Jamie Lynn Spears may be basking in the glow of her diamond engagement ring, but her momma is not about to be blinded by the bling.
In Touch Weekly reports that Lynne Spears wants a pre-nup so her baby girl doesn't get taken to the cleaners in case her marriage to Casey Aldridge doesn't last.
A source told ITW that "Lynne's not sure marriage is a good idea, but she'll go along with that if that's what Jamie Lynn wants -- as long as Casey signs the conract."
We hear that! Lord knows we wouldn't want to see Casey two years from now in Vegas living it up on Jamie Lynn's money.
While on the subject of couples, marriage and breakups, we'll let you know that Bobby Brown says his ex Whitney Houston has nothing to worry about when it comes to his upcoming autobiography, "Being Bobby Brown: The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But . . ."
While he has stuff to say about Janet Jackson, how he started drinking and other assorted tales, Whit is safe, he tells In Touch Weekly.
"I don't have anything bad to say about her," Bobby says. "She should have no worries. There's no mess in this book."
It hits the bookshelves May 13.
Whit looked pretty good in the photos we saw of her from Saturday's Muhammad Ali Celeb Fight Night in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Her cousin, Dionne Warwick, says Whitney is working hard to overcome every hurdle put in her path. We don't know if that includes Bobby, but we'd venture to guess it does.
