DARCHE JACKSON

Wilkinsburg

Guard, 5-7, Junior

Jackson topped the WPIAL in scoring this past season, averaging 33.8 points per game and will be heavily recruited because of that. She scored 54 points in a game against Shady Side Academy and 54 again in a contest against Ellis School this past season. She also averaged seven rebounds and 10 assists a game and was selected to the first-team on the Associated Press Class AA All-State team. A three-year starter, she has scored 1,339 career points.

COLLEEN KISS

Oakland Catholic

Guard, 5-10, Junior

Despite having another season remaining with the Eagles, Kiss has verbally committed to St. Bonaventure in the Atlantic 10 Conference. She averaged 14.5 points per game and scored 26 points in a WPIAL semifinal against Norwin. Despite being bothered by a sore back at the end of the regulat season, Kiss was the second leading vote-getter in Section 2-AAAA behind Jamie Smith of Woodland Hills. She averaged 12 ppg as a sophomore and is a two-year starter.

LINDSEY LOUTSENHIZER

Norwin

Forward, 6-0, Senior

Headed for Manhattan College in New York, Loutsenhizer averaged 20 points and 15 rebounds and 2.3 assists for the Knights, which went through the regular season undefeated and finished 24-2. She missed her junior season with a knee injury that required surgery, but returned to have an excellent senior season and was the leading vote-getter in Section 1-AAAA. An outstanding free-throw shooter, she made close to 80 percent of her shots at the line.

JAMIE SMITH

Woodland Hills

Guard, 5-6, Senior

Smith will attend Division I Saint Peter's College in Jersey City, N.J., next season. She averaged 23.1 points and six assists per game in leading the Wolverines to an 18-8 record. Smith played her freshman and sophomore seasons at Gateway before transferring to Woodland Hills. The leading vote-getter in Section 2-AAAA, she was named to the second team on the Associated Press All-State Class AAAA squad.

SHAWNICE WILSON

Westinghouse

Center, 6-6, Senior

A University of Pittsburgh recruit, Wilson helped Westinghouse to the City League title and was the leading vote-getter in the City League. She averaged 18.4 points per game this past season after averaging 15 points and seven rebounds a game as a junior. A force close to the basket, she has scored more than 1,000 career points. Wilson was selected to the second team on the Associated Press Class AAA All-State team.
