Obama bus tour adds stops in Johnstown, Penn State, Harrisburg

Barack Obama's "Road to Change" bus tour across Pennsylvania has announced stops in Johnstown on Saturday and Pennsylvania State University and Harrisburg on Sunday.

The tour kicks off tomorrow in Pittsburgh, with an 11 a.m. event at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. The event is at capacity and tickets are no longer available.

Later Friday, Mr. Obama will hold a town hall meeting at Hempfield Area High School in Greensburg at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is also at capacity and tickets are no longer available.

On Saturday, Mr. Obama will hold a town hall meeting in Johnstown, at 1 p.m. at Greater Johnstown High School. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.

The event is free and open to the public but tickets are required. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. On Sunday, Mr. Obama will hold a "Road to Change" rally on the Old Main Lawn on Penn State's campus in University Park. Gates open at 11:30 a.m.

The rally is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required but an RSVP is strongly encouraged. To RSVP please visit www.barackobama.com. A limited number of "preferred viewing" tickets are available at the Obama for America office, 224 S. Allen St., State College, (814) 867-2689, on Thursday, 6 to 9 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The tickets are also available at Penn State's Hetzel Union Building, Pollock Road, University Park, on Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mr. Obama will also be in Harrisburg on Sunday, but details are not yet available.

Mr. Obama's six-day tour will make numerous stops across the state, ending in southeastern Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
