Recipe: Nanny Nordblom's Ham Loaf

PG TESTED

  • 3/4 pound smoked ham, ground
  • 3/4 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine ham and pork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.

Bake about 1 1/2 hours.
