A fire that broke out this evening in an abandoned warehouse complex in Bloomfield may be have been deliberately set, fire officials said.
The two-alarm fire was reported about 7:30 p.m. and firefighters fought the blaze for more than 30 minutes before bringinig it under control.
No injuries were reported. But witnesses told authorities that they saw some people running from the scene around the time the fire broke out.
The fire occurred in a cluster of abandoned buildings on Gross Street, said police Lt. Richard Pritchard.
