Half of the Mon Wharf parking lot is open this morning.

The lot had been closed since last week under threat of flooding. The Wharf took on some water as the Monongahela River rose over its banks.

The city Public Works Department still is cleaning up the remainder of the parking lot to open it fully by tomorrow.
