Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. said Joel M. Rosenthal was appointed shareholder and the practice leader for Schneider Downs Business Advisors.

Louis Plung & Co. hired Matthew Hindman, Michael Ladie, Terry O'Connor and Scott Zahner to its accounting staff.

Giant Ideas hired Jana Marie Lambert as executive vice president of strategic services.

Architectural

Strada said Dina Fredrickson Snider was named a principal.

Arthur R. Ruprecht was re-elected president of RSH Architects, succeeding Theodore C. Schroeder, who retired earlier this year. Joel Cluskey was elected vice president-secretary, and David E. Noss, vice president-treasurer.

The following were elected to the CL Fund board: Stanley Maharam, senior vice president, Citizens Bank, and Robert Moorehead, executive vice president, Middle Market Banking, National City Bank. In addition, the CL 504's membership recently elected six board members: R. Judy Hannon joined Huntington Bank as a senior vice president in commercial and industrial banking.

Mars Home for Youth hired Steve Lippiello as CFO and John Eliyas as director of residential services. Separately, Steve Green was promoted to director of community-based services and CQI.

The Pittsburgh CLO elected new directors: Susannah Weis Frigon, market area manager, UBS Financial Services Inc.; John E. Kosar, principal/chairman emeritus, Burt Hill; and Dana A. Yealy, managing director, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
