Three injured early today in two-car Route 30 crash

Three people were taken to area hospitals early this morning after a two-vehicle crash in East Pittsburgh on state Route 30.

East Pittsburgh police said the accident happened around 3:30 a.m. about a half-mile west of Center Avenue.

The westbound lanes were shut for four hours.

Allegheny County Police are investigating whether one of the vehicles crossed the center lane.
