Prudential Preferred Realty has announced the top agents for February.

Scott Ludwick from the Greensburg office was top sales agent for residential sales units with five and the top sales agent in residential listing units with 10. He was the top agent in residential listings with 8.5 units and for residential listings volume ($1.7 million).

The top agents for new construction listings sold units and volume were Lynn and Kim Maier, Cranberry, with two units and $2.7 million volume.

The top agent for new construction listings units was Valee Shore-Fallat, Murrysville, with five units and Linda David, Cranberry new construction volume ($1.4 million).
