Burke, Lachey deny horizontal dance; baby pix worth $6 million to People; Oprah sued

Oprah Winfrey.

Can you have a competition show these days without some kind of scandal attached to it? Apparently not!

Seems Star magazine is reporting that "Dancing With the Stars" pro Cheryl Burke and her former celebrity partner Drew Lachey (Nick's brother) did more than samba during the show's last tour.

Cheryl, who was dating Joey Lawrence's brother Matthew at the time, and Drewy, who is married, are saying it ain't so.

But, according to the report, Matthew paid a surprise visit to Cheryl's dressing room one time, and, well, we guess it wasn't a pleasant surprise. Of course, that came from an unnamed source. Matthew reportedly told Star, "There are too many things going on" but wouldn't say anything else.

For all of those folks who've just been sleepless with anticipation, now you should be able to rest easy!

Max and Emme, the twins of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, are on today's People mag cover.

We caught a sneak peak via People.com, and we must say, they are cute. But babies are cute, so if you thought somehow they were going to be looking fierce and fabulous like their momma, uh, you were wrong.

They look like wonderful, innocent, sweet babies. But we only saw the cover. The fierce photos could be inside.

Our girl Courtney Hazlett at MSNBC's Scoop said part of the negotiations in addition to the reported $6 million payout included People not referring to Mrs. Anthony as J.Lo. Apparently that name reminds her too much of her P.Diddy/Ben Affleck phase, and she has definitely moved on.

We just wanna know when Halle Berry's baby girl, Nahla Ariela Aubry, plans to make her mag cover debut. That should bring at least $4 million. We know she doesn't have a twin, but her momma did win an Oscar.

Speaking of twins, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, that other couple too beautiful to look at with the naked eye, are expecting fraternal twins.

They haven't confirmed it but, of course, those ubiquitous sources say Angie baby and her Brad, aka her babies' daddy, are over the moon about these upcoming new additions to their brood.

A and B already have Shiloh, Maddox, Zahara and Pax, so they definitely will be a modern, multi-cultural version of The Brady Bunch.

Since we're on the subject of children, we'll let you know that Nicole Kidman has visited her son and daughter, reports US Weekly.

It's really kind of sad that this makes news, if you think about it. We guess this is news because she's rarely seen with them.

Anyway, Nic, who's expecting a child with hubby Keith Urban, took her children from her marriage to Tom Cruise to visit close friend Naomi Watts in Los Angeles. The actress also did a little househunting, inquiring about a little place right next to Naomi.

However, the owners weren't interested in selling, according to US.

OK, let's move out of the maternity ward and into Oprahland.

A Boston woman is suing the multimedia maven for stealing the idea for "Oprah's Big Give."

The NY Daily News reports that Darlene Tracey, a mother of four, sent Oprah's production company, Harpo, a proposal in 2005 for a show called "The Philanthropist."

She says Lady's O's producers asked for more details but then told her they weren't interested in doing it.

But then next thing you know Oprah announces that she's doing "The Big Give" on ABC.

Darlene filed a complaint in U.S. District Court in Boston trying to keep O's show off the air. That didn't work. But she's not deterred and is filing an appeal.

This could get ugly, so we'll have to wait and see what happens. Certainly, this woman should have proof that she approached Oprah's people about this kind of show.

"The Hills" star Audrina Partridge explains those nude Internet photos of her on her MySpace page. Where else?

Girlfriend says she thought the photos would be "artistic and not provocative in any way."

We know she was kind of young and all, but when someone tells you to put on an itty bitty school girl skirt and take off your shirt, they are not going for "art."

"Sex and the City" star Kristen Davis also is contending with naked photos. Reportedly, an ex-boyfriend got mad at her and sold them to somebody.

Bottom line, keep your clothes on. You definitely ain't gonna see no nude photos of us on the Internet unless they invent a digital camera that can take pictures through clothes. Then we're all in trouble.
