The Penguins returned to negotiations with Hill District leaders over a community benefits agreement related to the new arena, but their presence did not produce a deal.

Representatives for the One Hill Community Benefits Agreement Coalition met with the team, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl and Allegheny County Chief Executive Dan Onorato for about three hours yesterday.
