The city Planning Commission today gave approval for the law firm to put its name at the top of the 23-story Three PNC Plaza building under construction on Fifth Avenue, Downtown.
Reed Smith will put its name in red letters on the skyscraper's north and south facades, where it will be visible from the Fort Pitt Bridge, PNC Park, Station Square and other locations.
